Hello
Is it possible to book train tickets from outside India. I have been trying to book a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi from outside but am having no joy from the India rail and irctc websites it allows me to choose my ticket and fill in all details but does does not go any further into paying for the ticket. Any help or ideas appreciated.
