Are there any Airlines operating in J & K?

I just wanted to know that are there any airlines which are operating in Jammu and Kashmir in India as i have never ever heard any airlines offering any flights in this regions and more over never heard anybody talk about it. So are there any airlines which are operating in this region.

i do not think that there are any airways which are operating in this state and i think there was a proposal to have a air link between this state and other states but i dont know what happened to that proposal.
