Default Property?

I would like to know that can people who do not reside here can buy a property in this region. I mean are they permitted by the A n D law.

No. it is not possible for a person from outside to buy property in A n N isles. Since they are curently checking the population and that is seriously damaging the ecology and native tribes there.

It is not simple for a person to go to the islands nad buy property there because the government is trying to safeguard the interest of locals and minority tribes from being bullied by commercial buyers.

Any citizen of India can purchase a property in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. There is no legal rule that stops you from doing so. The only state with such an exception is the state of J&K.

Thank you for the information provided dude. Hope its true. But one problem that the government faces will be the damage control methods to be taken in case of any calamities if it is over populated. Also it could prove harm to the ecology and will spoil the beauty of the place.

Looks like someone can buy a island front at this great place. If i have some money i would surely like to buy a sea front there.
