I have seen that there are still tribal people living in these islands and the number of these are decreases rapidly as more and more are willing to become modern. Is this a true fact about this place?

Yes it is true that number of the tribal people are rapid decreasing and this is mainly because they are also willing to become modern and enjoy the modern facilities available.

the number is dwindling.. true... the government is now taking tribal ppl out and educating them and even providing the with employment and stuff... so these ppl are willing to come out of their shells tooo

The government tries its best to give them the required education. How long they can lead their life without knowing about outside world? Also the government teaches them how to earn and try to bring them out of the forest cover.
