Once when i went there to Andaman during my holidays, i could see that there were too many powercuts and the people said that it was quite normal for them. They also said that they have got water scarcity and electricity problem as the major problems.

Well I think they are right and they can't even help themselves with such a thing as government is not providing funds to fight these things and people there have to suffer from these problems.
