The regional and official language of this state is telgu, which is spoken by more than 84% people of this state besides few speakers for hindi and urdu.

It is a linguistic state. It was divided upon its language. So it is obvious that 84% speak telugu. This is one of the ancient language which is rich in its grammar.

Most locals speak telegu. English is also given priority and there are others who could speak in hindi and even urdu depending upon the local dominance.

Default telugu
Though the major language is telugu, it was sub divided in to 3 languages in telugu..they are Telangaana Ascent, Andhra Ascent and Raayalaseema Ascent
