Metro In Bangalore

I have heard that Karnataka Govt is planing Metro In Bangalore on the same lines as in Delhi. Is it true? And what is the status of development of that project there?

It will definatly give a boost to tourism there.

The project is still not underway. It is a proposal under consideration, and it will surely take a while till one actually gets to travel by metro in Bangalore.

The metro project in Bangalore would still have a few years to go before it sees the light of day. Supposedly there isn't enough place to start of.

Well, if the proposal is with the government under consideration then one thing is sure that it will take another 3 years for them to arrive at an affirmative consideration. And then a decade for those gentleman to implement and execute the project.

well i do not think that would see metro in this region this much soon. This is true that this region need a metro badly but i do not think that you would be able to have this facility any time soon.
