On the north of bihar is situated the country of nepal, on three sides it is surrounded by uttar pradesh, jharkhand and west bengal.

Though Nepal is one of its neighbour but rarely we find refugees to this state. But inturn many people go from this state to various states as refugees becuase of the poor conditions prevailing in Bihar.

This state have some neighbors which are on the top of the crime list. So i think it would be hard for this state to get out of its present condition but still if they would try they can do it.
