Many of us criticize Bihar as one of the backward states of India. But no one tries to introspect the shortcoming of the Bihar. So friends, I invite all of you to figure out the deficiency of state.

The citizens of the state are as much as responsible as much as the politicians. Its time that they start to vote for their needs and issues on development and growth.

Bishal1, according to me lack of literacy rate among its citizens is the main crisis for Bihar. Remember only a well educated self aware citizen can improve a state. It is they only who have to find their own solution.

I think basically their is one biggest problem in Bihar and that is the crime rate in this state and more the second biggest problem is that people from this state is of education which i think some governments are focusing on. Once these problems are gone i am sure then would be the new beginning of new bihar.

Crime rate is a big issue but no that much of a big issue. If you see you would notice that basic thing which are required for development such as electricity, drinkable water and clean surrounding are still missing.
