Default Where is Yamaha?

in 1990s there were only two major companies on India roads Yamaha and HH, Yamaha has made a note in Indian history with introduction of legends like RX100 and the killer RD350. But where has it dissapeared now? Anybody with news about its new launches etc?

Yamaha could not keep itself up with the trend in indian market. And with faulty management and poor tieup with Escorts India Ltd. it soon became just another brand.

Poor management has costed yamaha its share in Indian market. when Indian market is growning, the share of Yamaha is decreasing. Even Bajaj made a comeback. With pathetic models like crux etc, I was definatly sure that Yamaha would be damaging its image.

Well i think Yamaha would now look for the high speed bikes market and as it has already launched some of its high power bikes and have got some good responses for the same it would be good for them in this segment.

No news on Yamaha till date. The auto giant might stage a comeback at the beginning of the next year with a better lauch pad and tie up in India.

I think they are back with some sport bikes which are priced around 10 lacs each. I think their would be few buyers for these bikes but i am sure this would be the beginning of sports bikes in india.

I do not think that they would see that much god response to this thing. It would be much better to go with other bikes rather then this one as our Indian may be rich but not this much that they would spend 10 lacs on a bike.

If you see around you would see that there are lots of people who have imported bikes and imported cars and i think that there is good amount of people who would go for them. So i would say that there is a nice scope for these 10 L bikes.

Yamaha is the best company. i loved there rx100 which was really a great bike and another biles i like about it is 350 which is very powerful bike but one thing i don't like in 350 is its low average otherwise i love it.
