Created in the brave memory of the soldiers who have laid their lives in the service of their coutrymen. The names of all the soldiers who lost their lives in the battle of 1971 are inscribed at the India Gate Walls.

Apart from being the place of patriotism,it has also been a very beautiful place to visit...the monument surroundings are also very beautiful and almost every evening it is full with visitors

I love India gate. I usually go there in different seasons to enjoy the beauty of India Gate and also I love the parades going on every year. Also the gardens surrounding it are very beautiful.
