Default Is delhi geared for Commonwealth Games?

Half of the sites for Hotels have yet to be auctioned, Malfunctioning transport system, dirt, Polluted Yamuna, lack of amenities, beggars, Poor stadia. Do you think that we will make up in time for 2010 games?

Default Common

In my opinion Delhi is not ready for the games with no proper boarding arrangement. the main problem is of dirt all over and nothing done for clean environment.

This is a very tricky question. You see hosting a game of such reputation is a difficult task, so all the best to the officials.

I don't think Delhi is ready right now. There had not been any big development which was promised for common wealth. But still there is a great time left hope they come up with something in this time.

I don't think that Delhi is really ready for the common wealth games. They are way back from the schedule for the development and more over they have also not renovated the airport till now.

As usual the city is being held to ranson by our bureaucracy. Things are moving slow and definetely not on schedule. We need to bring in some more tough task orienters like Kiran Bedi (she was there during the Asian Games held in 1980s) to ensure that things start moving in a better speed.

I don't think that right now Delhi is geared up for common Wealth. I think that it would be nice if they start doing something so that they are prepared till common wealth games.
