The best months to visit Delhi are November to March.
The summer months- May to August , can be very hot and dry. August and September see the Monsoon rains set in and cool down things a bit, however, this brings with it much humidity

Winters are the best season to visit Delhi as in this time a person is saved from the extreme hot climate of Delhi. I would prefer one to visit in November to February

Well i never go to Delhi for vocations or for pleasure. I go to Delhi when i have some work and you know that for work you have to go anywhere at any time so there is no point for me to look for good season to visit this place.

if you are visiting this place as a trip or as as to visit someone then i would suggest you to go here in winter as it is the best time to visit it as in summer it is very much hot and is impossible to stand outside.
