I have recently heard that non violence activities are on the rise in this state and that people are being kidnapped more and more with police unable to take any action? Is this true?

Haryanvi Language is very harsh and hard and at the times you may think that the person speaking Haryanvi is abusing you. However as compared to haryanvi Panjabi language is very soothing and beautifull.
