I went to nasik. Very good historical background such as Kumbh Mela!
Also importance of Pandava caves where Pandavas were lived for 8 years.
Also some ATI PRACHIN (great ancient) temples like Satya Narayan, Butak Hanuman, Someshwar, Trimbakeshwar, etc.
Anjinari is also a fine place for hiking where Lord Hanuman were born.
Climate is very cooooooool.
Best developed city in North Maharashtra.
