Off late there has been a flurry of releases which are remake of the old classics like The Don, Sholay and so on. Is it worth making a remake of such superhits and put all that money, time and talent at risk. Other way round it could also be tha challenge for some. |

It's all about money and people want to make money in any terms and making classic would get them some good money so that is why now remaking of old classic movies is something they are looking forward to. |

All old classic movies were really great and almost all of them had something really good in it. But the present cinema is all upside down as compared to older movies and I think remaking would just bring in some bad name. Notthing much more. |

For me it looks like our Indian cinema is getting short of good and unique stories and now for making money they have started remaking the old movies. |

Remaking the old movies isn't great idea as far I feel. It shows that we are running out of new ideas and can't create any good unique stories. It may give monetary boost to Bollywood but not qualitative edge. |

there are no point that i think directors should remake the old movies. i think it would be much better if the would make more original movies which would be more interesting to see other then seeing old stories in different way. |
