Yes certainly bhaigiri is visible in Mumbai if the media is to be believed. I have no personal experience of such things.

bombay is famous for it's bhaigiri and also movies are based on it like munna bhai etc

This Mumbhai concept has more been popularised in the hindi movies. Such a culture is not atleast visible in the open area. And for amajority of the citizens it always would be Mumbai.
