Education in schools are very well done here. A very good syllabus is provided for the higher secondary students. The embodiment of science Anna Varsity is here which is a world class level. It has got the most number of engineering colleges through which around 70,000 are passing out with a B.E degree. That is why they stand tall in the IT industry.

These days computers have been introduced in the early class standards itself. So they get more exposure and the good thing is that they are implemented in the government school levels. Outstanding government technical institutions such as Anna University brings more pride to the state.
