The reality shows like indian idol, fame gurukul, india's best claim to give the work to the winners but where are quazi, rooprekha, aditi sharma etc???????? exception being Sa re ga ma pa which has given the great singers like shreya ghoshal, kunal ganjawala etc to the indian film industry!!

Well, you can call it the cruelty of the destiny or the manipulations of the producer and directors. The genius is always ignored and laughed at when introduced first.

I dont get what you really want to say but if you look at one thing all of these shows had the same concept and they are copied from American idol which is the main thing i dont like to watch these shows.

In this point you are right. Majority of the shows had been copied from other countries like America and example of these are Indian Idol and other singing shows.. I think that Indian should come up with something new.
